• Equivalent combinations of training and experience also acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day HR operations and personnel records.
• Process new hire paperwork and orient new employees to policies.
• Audit enrollments and changes to health plans; assist Divisional HQ as needed.
• Monitor time and attendance; advise on corrections and deadlines.
• Lead recruitment: job postings, interviews, background checks, onboarding.
• Advise departments on hiring practices and policy implementation.
