Responsibilities

• Coordinates a recruitment program and manages job postings, interviewing, reference checks, testing, and orientation.
• Advises hiring managers on all phases of the hiring process to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Processes employee applications for Tulsa area employees, including E-Verify.
• Maintains personnel records, updates benefits information, and assists with payroll records.
• Monitors and ensures annual evaluations and pay increase communications.
• Supervises payroll information submission and supervises HR staff.
• Plans and monitors attendance tracking, leave approvals, and records management.
• Performs other related work as required.
