Job summary

Responsibilities include interviewing and screening applicants, sourcing candidates, coordinating with clients on temporary/contract staff, and using staffing software to manage information.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of tasks daily.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read/respond to many emails daily.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel.
• 2- or 4-year degree in Business Administration, HR, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Interview and screen job applicants.
• Source, recruit and screen qualified candidates for client openings.
• Collaborate with clients to fill temporary/contract staff orders.
• Use staffing software to manage candidate, employee, and client data.
• Source candidates via job boards and the internet.
• Administer background checks, drug tests, skills tests, E-Verify, and pre-assignment checks.
• Support temporary employees and counsel on professionalism in interviews.
• Help ensure I-9 compliance and participate in team meetings.
• Provide sales leads to Branch Manager and communicate with clients.
