Job summary

Interstate Moving | Relocation | Logistics is seeking an HR Coordinator to support staffing, onboarding, and HR operations. The role serves as the primary contact for candidates and new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and accurate data management across ADP and related HR systems.

The position involves coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, assisting with open enrollment, and generating periodic HR reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year education can substitute 1 year of HR experience.
• 1–3 years HR experience or equivalent data entry and customer service.
• PHR or SHRM-CP Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with arranging interviews and coordinating interview logistics.
• Process pre-hire documentation including background checks and drug testing.
• Provide general recruiting support for job fairs and campus events.
• Prepare welcome emails, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities within budget.
• Process payroll changes and open enrollment preparation in ADP.
