Job summary

Camin-Cargo-Contro is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and smooth operations across the organization.

You will work closely with hiring managers, manage HR data in ADP and internal systems, coordinate interviews, process pre-hire checks, and assist with reporting, benefits and policy adherence. This role requires strong organization, discretion, and effective communication with colleagues at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, or talent acquisition support.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, particularly ADP, and experience with other HR software or databases.
• Experience with onboarding programs.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the hiring process, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, conducting E-Verify, background checks, drug screens, fitness for duty tests, and ensuring all new hire documents are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Update, maintain, and verify employee information in ADP and Camin Cargo’s internal HR systems.
• Provide administrative support for HR functions including managing recruitment requisitions, drafting and sending offer letters.
• Coordinate onboarding, ensure comprehensive orientation, review policies/benefits, and track L&D training compliance.
• Conduct exit interviews, collect feedback, and provide insights for retention and culture improvements.
• Answer phones and respond to HR inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain electronic personnel files and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Develop, process, and analyze monthly/bi-weekly HR reports and present trends to managers.
• Support HR initiatives and projects, ensuring timely task completion.
