Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–6 years of HR experience across payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and records.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support bi-weekly payroll processes and ensure timekeeping accuracy.
• Administer employee benefits programs and COBRA-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and confidentiality; audit employee records.
• Assist recruitment, job postings, interviews, and new-hire onboarding activities.
• Support compliance, reporting, and HR program administration.
• Prepare HR-related documents, trainings, and ad hoc reports.
