The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills for reporting, email, and payroll tasks, and be able to drive between locations for audits and visits.

• HR duties including employment concerns and issues.
• Assist with onboarding, interviewing and orientation.

Responsabilités

• Handle HR responsibilities including employment concerns and issues.
• Document sit downs, write ups, and statements; formulate disciplinary recommendations.
• Train store level management on policies to ensure uniformity across stores.
• Complete store level audits with timely, organized documentation.
• Participate in weekly HR management meetings (in person or TEAMS).
• Assist HR management with investigations, documentation, and resolutions.
• Assist with hiring throughout onboarding process (interviewing, onboarding, orientation).
• Assist with involuntary terminations or resignations of team members.
• Assist Benefit Department with Leave of absences, accommodations, and religious requests.
• Support with other assigned duties.
