Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR administration experience.
• HRIS system experience with payroll processing preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintains employee records and HR data accuracy.
• Assists with payroll and benefits administration.
• Coordinates recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Provides administrative support to the HR team.
• Creates company reports within the HRIS system.
• Supports termination processing and performance reviews as needed.
