Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working in Human Resources Generalist Capacity.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Certifications like SPHR, PHR, or SHRM are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent onsite HR presence and support.
• Lead new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Assist with union and labor relations activities.
• Coordinate training schedules and compliance.
• Support benefits administration and inquiries.
• Assist recruiting efforts and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain leave of absence and Workers' Compensation documentation.
• Provide payroll support and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure adherence to HR standards and documentation procedures.
