Job summary

FM Industries, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for multi-site operations in Phoenix, AZ.

The role partners with management to strengthen organizational and talent capabilities, while shaping and implementing effective HR strategies and programs. You will serve as the primary employee-facing HR contact for day-to-day inquiries across the Arizona facilities, support new hire orientation, and contribute to workforce planning and policy interpretation in a manufacturing

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years HR experience in a business partnership environment.
Experience with multiple HR disciplines including compensation, resourcing, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws (federal and state).

Responsibilities

Supports and helps to implement HR initiatives that drive business objectives.
Serves as the primary employee-facing HR contact for day-to-day inquiries, support, and issue resolution.
Participation in new hire orientation programs for the Arizona sites.
Partners with the Arizona HR team and FMI HR colleagues to ensure professional execution of HR programs and practices.
Provides HR guidance related to policies, procedures and compliance.
Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees and managers.
Supports workforce planning, site restructuring activities, and succession planning.
