Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR onboarding experience.
• U.S. I-9 compliance and employment eligibility knowledge.
• Experience with HR operations and onboarding processes.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow HRSD and HR case management including escalations.
• Knowledge of global mobility and employee lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and case management with focus on onboarding and compliance.
• Oversee US I-9 and employment eligibility verification.
• Utilize HR systems and technology (ServiceNow HRSD) for efficient workflow management.
• Coordinate global mobility activities and employee lifecycle management.
