Job summary

HonorVet Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with 3-5 years of HR operations expertise covering onboarding, US I-9 compliance, global mobility, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes. The role focuses on US/Canada/LATAM onboarding and compliance, partnering with Legal, COEs, and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant outcomes.

Hybrid in West Palm Beach, FL, the contract role spans 12 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

6-8 years of relevant HR Operations experience, preferably within a global organization.
Deep knowledge of US I-9 requirements and compliance.
Experience handling Tier 2 and Tier 3 HR cases and complex onboarding.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics.
Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, HR COEs, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 complex HR Operations cases related to onboarding and employee lifecycle.
Act as SME for complex onboarding scenarios, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant resolution.
Analyze case trends and recommend process or system improvements.
Escalate and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR COEs, and external vendors when required.
Support US I-9 processes, compliance activities, audits, and remediation.
Provide operational support across Global Mobility and employee onboarding processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics for HR Operations performance and compliance.
