Job summary

Insight Global in the United States ( Richmond, VA ) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, benefits and payroll administration, and HR operations. You will partner with hiring managers, employees and HR leadership to deliver timely, accurate HR service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in HR or HR operations, knowledge of talent acquisition processes and HRIS/HR tech (Dayforce/Ceridian preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, benefits administration, or HR operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of talent acquisition processes, benefits administration practices, HR recordkeeping, and general employment compliance requirements.
• Experience using HRIS, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and related HR technology platforms; Dayforce/Ceridian experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or related HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, benefits management, payroll administration, and HR operations processes.
• Partner with hiring managers, employees, and HR leadership to deliver professional HR support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Report to Sr. Director, HR and collaborate with Payroll and Benefits managers.
