Job summary

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in HR, operations, or consulting, plus exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human capital/resources, or communications.
• Experience in HRIS platforms, ideally Workday.
• Minimum 1 year in human resources, operations, or consulting.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and responsive personality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including offer letters, agreements, background checks, and other HR docs.
• Facilitate offboarding/termination processes for employees and contractors globally.
• Process changes in Workday as required.
• Coordinate with IT to secure email accounts and laptops before start dates.
• Triage inquiries via internal ticketing platform.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and contingent workers.
