Job summary

Innova Solutions’ client is immediately hiring an HR Operations Coordinator in Holly Ridge, LA. This full-time contract role (6 months) focuses on onboarding for employees, contractors, subcontractors, and temporary workers and coordinates schedules and workforce ramp-up for data center construction projects.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years HR/onboarding experience in construction or manufacturing, with a high school diploma and, ideally, a bachelor’s degree in administrative or human

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 Years HR and Onboarding experience in a construction or manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and workforce mobilization activities for employees, contractors, subcontractors, and temporary workers.
• Coordinate high-volume onboarding schedules, hiring forecasts, and workforce ramp-up efforts to support data center construction operations.
• Oversee background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verification, employment documentation, and onboarding compliance requirements.
• Verify certifications, licenses, training records, and workforce eligibility documentation.
• Coordinate site badging, credentialing, and access requirements while ensuring adherence to security protocols.
• Facilitate new hire orientation programs and coordinate safety training and compliance certifications.
• Partner with EHS and Operations teams to ensure workforce readiness and project onboarding requirements are met.
• Maintain onboarding records, compliance documentation, audit reports, and onboarding KPI metrics.
