Responsibilities

• Serve as a super-user for Workday (HRIS), Taleo (recruiting), and Compliance-Wire (LMS).
• Process new hire, transfer, promotion, leave of absence, and terminations paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate and lead parts of new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Ensure new hire I-9 compliance and maintain current I-9s.
• Perform data entry and generate reports from HRIS and processing of employee-related actions.
