Job summary

McLaren Industries is seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations and partner with leadership across Human Resources, Sales, Accounting, and Operations.

You will coordinate onboarding through BambooHR, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with payroll, benefits, and compliance. The role emphasizes a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources assistant or coordinator roles preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, with a growth mindset, openness to feedback, and a collaborative approach.
• Experience with BambooHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and daily departmental functions.
• Support high-volume recruiting and coordinate onboarding through BambooHR, including new hire setup, orientation, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, pay changes, and HR documentation within BambooHR.
• Support HRIS data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
• Support payroll processes, including PTO tracking, sick time, and timesheet accuracy.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries (EASE platform).
• Support compliance processes, documentation, and internal HR workflows.
• Coordinate offboarding, including terminations, exit documentation, and system access removal.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly with clear and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including OSHA and FMLA requirements.
