Job summary

You will handle confidential documents, coordinate hiring activities, administer benefits, training, events, and generate KPI reports, contributing to a compliant, data-driven, people-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required.
• Experience in HR administrative role preferred, manufacturing or automotive is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state employment law and regulations.
• Proficiency with HR software (ADP and Workday) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update employee documents ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate recruitment activities (job advertisements, communications, recording applications, screening resumes, interviewing, preboarding/onboarding), liaising with hiring managers.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee concerns related to HR policies, benefits, compensation, and other employment topics.
• Facilitate time management processes (recording working time and absences, data entry).
• Support benefit administration, including enrollment and inquiries.
• Assist in coordinating training programs and developing training materials.
• Organize company events and recognition programs.
• Participate in HR projects and annual staffing planning.
• Generate evaluations and reports based on KPI’s and workforce metrics.
• Update HR database with employee information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.
