Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for the HR department.
• Assist with onboarding including day-one activities and I-9/new hire paperwork.
• Help maintain accurate employee records through document checks and file management.
• Coordinate recruiting: candidate outreach and interview scheduling.
• Serve as a contact for employment verification requests.
• Act as a key user for HR systems and liaise with IT as needed.
