Job summary

RC Maintenance Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and leave management. The role emphasizes compliance, confidential handling of records, and servicing a multi-location workforce.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field with 2+ years HR experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with California and Texas employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes incl. recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration.
• Experience supporting leave administration (FMLA, workers' comp).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR technology systems.
• Experience in construction, maintenance, facilities, or field services industries.
• Knowledge of California and Texas employment laws.
• Experience supporting a multi-location workforce.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP or similar).
• Experience with benefits enrollment and compliance reporting processes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR compliance across multiple locations.
• Administer benefits enrollment and leave programs (FMLA, workers' comp).
• Provide timely employee relations support and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and internal policies.
