You will be the go-to for employee inquiries, onboarding logistics, training coordination, and company communications, partnering with HRBP and Recruiter to deliver a consistent, positive experience for employees and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 0–1 year of HR admin or coordinator experience.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms and filing.
• Experience supporting onboarding or training logistics preferred.
• Strong written communication; newsletter experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational HR support.
• Respond to employee inquiries and maintain personnel files.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Assist with background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Coordinate company-wide training logistics and communications.
• Produce and distribute the company newsletter.
