Job summary

Covista, a leading healthcare educator in the United States, is seeking an HR Support Coordinator to join our Employee Services team. This role focuses on onboarding, HR operations, data integrity, and responsive service across payroll, benefits, and HR systems.

You will manage onboarding activities, support HR projects, handle sensitive employee information, and ensure timely, accurate updates across the HRIS and related systems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, HR or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with HR systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding for domestic and international colleagues.
• Handle HR operations like personnel changes and data updates with accuracy.
• Support the askHR Service Center with payroll, benefits, and policy inquiries.
