Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR coordination or HR operations.
• Working knowledge of HR principles and basic employment law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the VP of HR.
• Coordinate HR-related meetings and communications.
• Serve as a trusted first point of contact for Team Members.
• Maintain personnel records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Analyze basic HR data to identify process improvement opportunities.
