Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Camas, Washington, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the Operations team. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, changes, and HR analytics while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

This is an entry-level role with growth opportunities, working Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM onsite in Camas. The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field (HR certification preferred) and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills; ability to learn HRIS quickly.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hiring process for manufacturing, facilities, and logistics employees, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment checks; assist with offers.
• Review and process employee changes (pay increases, titles, departments).
• Administer hourly employee progression tracking.
• Answer questions on policies, hiring process, benefits; escalate when needed.
• Maintain HR files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR reports for operations management.
• Assist Reception and other areas for key processes or vacation coverage.
• Perform other administrative and HR duties as assigned.
