Responsibilities

• Support HR team with daily operations and recordkeeping
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Coordinate and schedule new hire orientations
• Prepare employee badges and process onboarding paperwork
• Assist with recruitment tasks such as screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Answer employee questions about policies, benefits, and HR procedures
• Help administer employee benefits and maintain accurate employee files
• Ensure all HR processes follow federal, state, and local regulations
