Job summary

Imaging Associates seeks an HR Coordinator to provide essential day-to-day support across recruitment logistics, onboarding, employee records, engagement, and benefits administration. You will handle high‑volume transactional work while enabling the HR Generalist to focus on advisory, compliance, and leadership support.

The role covers posting vacancies, coordinating interviews, maintaining HRIS, and supporting onboarding and separations. Travel to Anchorage locations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of HR coordination or high-volume administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to learn HRIS, ATS, and payroll-related applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Post approved job vacancies and screen applications under guidance.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
• Initiate and track background checks per policy and law.
• Support onboarding and new-hire paperwork, including I-9.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records; ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support engagement events and recognition programs.
• Assist with timesheet and payroll inquiries; data entry.
• Travel between Anchorage locations to support HR activities.
