Imaging Associates seeks an HR Coordinator to provide essential day-to-day support across recruitment logistics, onboarding, employee records, engagement, and benefits administration. You will handle high‑volume transactional work while enabling the HR Generalist to focus on advisory, compliance, and leadership support.
The role covers posting vacancies, coordinating interviews, maintaining HRIS, and supporting onboarding and separations. Travel to Anchorage locations is required.
The HR Coordinator provides essential day-to-day operational support to the HR Generalist across recruitment logistics, onboarding and separations, employee records management, employee engagement, and benefits administration. This role is critical to the smooth functioning of the HR department and to delivering excellent service to Imaging Associates’ approximately 120 employees across multiple locations. The HR Coordinator handles high-volume transactional work so the HR Generalist can focus on higher-level advisory, compliance, and leadership-support activities.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Occasional travel between Imaging Associates locations in the Anchorage area and surrounding communities is required to support HR activities, orientations, and events.
