Job summary

The CRNA is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, administrative duties and financial check processing. The role includes posting positions in the HRIS, coordinating interviews, and onboarding while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Working in Alaska, you will support with compensation analyses, approvals, and data integrity, ensuring respectful engagement with Alaska Native communities and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR policies and benefits procedures.
• Familiarity with state and federal employment laws.
• Experience with recruitment and staffing processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience working with Alaska Native communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and post new positions in the HRIS system and communicate opportunities to recruitment partners.
• Design recruitment strategies and expand the candidate pool.
• Coordinate interviews and prepare timely offer letters.
• Manage HRIS tasks and onboarding documentation.
• Analyze compensation for openings to ensure equitable pay practices.
• Oversee HRIS approvals and related process steps.
• Coordinate procurement of departmental supplies.
• Prepare finance checks and collect signatures.
• Coordinate fingerprinting and badge issuance for new hires.
• All other HR operations tasks as assigned.
