The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR/payroll, knowledge of employment regulations, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, DOE, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR and payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations
• Experience with benefits administration and open enrollment
• Proven ability to handle employee relations matters professionally
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• HR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and payroll for ~160 employees
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance management
• Administer benefits and open enrollment processes
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy enforcement
• Collaborate with leadership to meet organizational goals
• Support recruitment and new hire orientation
• Ensure compliance with federal and California labor laws
