The position is hybrid (3 days/week in office) in Overland Park, KS, with collaboration across Accounting, Treasury, Sales Ops, Legal and IT to ensure strong OTC execution and controls.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related work experience, or an advanced degree with 1 year, or equivalent mix.
• Areas of study include Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
• 4–7 years experience in financial, shared services, or operations settings.

Responsibilities

• Designs dashboards and reporting packages for stakeholders with variance analysis.
• Oversees data governance, reconciliation, and data accuracy in ERP/CRM/billing systems.
• Investigates complex issues affecting performance and drives cross-functional resolutions.
• Develops and maintains operational KPIs and insights across value streams.
• Identifies process improvements and automation opportunities to boost efficiency.
• Maintains SOPs and guides best practices across the team.
• Collaborates with Accounting, Treasury, Sales Ops, Legal, IT to support OTC execution.
