Accenture is seeking an Operations Client Lead to drive transformation in HR operations for a large client or portfolio. You will lead a team, partner with senior stakeholders, and expand Accenture's operations business through technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, sales growth, and overseeing large, multi-year programs with cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes leadership, innovative delivery, and strategic thinking across global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years HR/Talent domain experience.
• Minimum of 4 years manage stakeholder relationships.
• Familiar with HR BPO operations.
• Previous BPO/Professional Services industry experience.
• Strong leadership with experience managing high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and identify growth opportunities within the Finance function

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders and advise on shaping solutions that meet evolving needs.
• Drive sales growth by expanding the scope of services on your account.
• Lead client reinvention efforts with emerging technologies to modernize operations.
• Oversee large‑scale, multi‑year programs within scope, on time and within budget.
