Job summary

XpanseHR, a leading HR consulting partner, seeks a Manager, HR Consulting Services to lead client delivery, manage HR professionals, and strengthen internal operations in a fast-moving professional services environment.

You will oversee a portfolio of HR engagements, advise client leaders on HR strategy, compliance, and talent management, mentor the delivery team, and help drive growth through process improvements and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Eight or more years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in HR consulting, outsourced HR, or client service leadership.
• Ability to advise leaders, manage priorities, and support team performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements to meet objectives on time, within scope, and with excellence.
• Mentor HR team members and align resources with client needs and business priorities.
• Improve internal HR processes, tools, templates, workflows, and reporting practices.
• Provide leadership to ensure high-quality, practical HR support and strong client relationships.
