Jerry.ai is seeking a hands-on HR Ops leader to own multi-state compliance, policy drafting, and payroll/benefits questions. You will collaborate with the Payroll and HR Administration teams and redesign HR processes with an AI-first approach.

You will thrive in a small, high-intensity environment, shaping HR operations across states and even internationally as we expand. This is a full-time role with remote-first flexibility and offices in several cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Hands-on HR generalist experience with payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Experience in multi-state compliance and policy drafting is essential.

Responsabilités

• Own multi-state HR compliance including tracking law changes and policy updates.
• Handle escalated payroll, benefits, and leave questions with judgment.
• Review and unblock work of Payroll and HR Admin teams.
• Rearchitect HR ops processes with an AI-native mindset.
• Grow into day-to-day HR operations ownership over time.
