Job summary

Adamas Energy seeks an HR Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, owning ADP HRIS and benefits administration. You will partner with Payroll and the HR team to ensure accurate employee data, compliant processes, and a positive employee experience across the full lifecycle.

The role drives continuous improvement of HR workflows, manages vendors, resolves system issues, and delivers reporting to support business decisions and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive HR operations experience with HRIS and benefits administration.
• Experience administering ADP (or similar HRIS/payroll platforms), including troubleshooting, audits, and end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of benefits operations, including life events, carrier feeds, reconciliation, and vendor management.
• Experience partnering with Payroll on deductions, reconciliations, and pay-impacting transactions.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own ADP data integrity, processes, and system utilization.
• Administer core employee lifecycle transactions: hires, job and compensation changes, terminations, and updates.
• Support workflow configuration, eligibility rules, security roles, and testing with HRIS/IT; coordinate testing.
• Manage system updates and releases, including impact assessments, user communications, job aids, and training.
• Own end-to-end benefits administration: eligibility, enrollments, life events, carrier feeds, billing and reconciliation.
• Manage benefits vendors and broker/consultant relationships; support renewals and service-level monitoring.
• Partner closely with Payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions, arrears handling, audits, and pay-impacting issues.
• Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, tenure, benefits participation).
• Evaluate and improve HR processes, documentation, and controls to increase efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR operational procedures and support handbook/policy documentation.
