Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Familiar with HRIS or ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of basic HR functions, compliance requirements, and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on planning and executing local employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries about HR policies and resources.
• Assist HR team with daily operations, administrative tasks and internal communications.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Prepare documentation for HR audits and compliance reviews.
• Support administration of employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Create and distribute internal HR communications and newsletters.
• Participate in special HR projects to improve processes or enhance employee experience.
