Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support HR initiatives through project coordination and HRIS partnership.

The role sits at the intersection of HR Operations and HRIS, driving recurring programs, Workday enhancements, reporting, and process improvements across the HR organization. You will manage project plans, collaborate across HR teams and systems, gather requirements, test coordination, and document business processes.

Qualifications

• Five or more years supporting HR operations or HR systems in a professional setting.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR platforms and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to gather requirements, coordinate testing, and document processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of HR projects, including annual cycles and system work.
• Manage Workday enhancements via sprint planning and backlog management.
• Partner with HRIS to gather requirements, facilitate testing, and document processes in Visio.
• Handle HR Operations and Workday requests via Fresh service with priority alignment.
• Document current and future states for key HR processes in Visio.
• Drive change management: communications, training, and readiness.
• Identify improvements to HR workflows and Workday utilization across Operations.
• Develop reporting and dashboards in Smartsheet to track progress and metrics; support EIB data loads and audits.
