Job summary

High Profile, Inc. seeks an HR Generalist on a contract-to-hire basis to support onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a passion for improving employee experiences and HR processes. The role will coordinate onboarding and offboarding, maintain HRIS data confidentially, assist with benefits, leaves, and payroll, and prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in HR operations, employee services, benefits, payroll, onboarding, or related field.
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions; Dayforce experience a plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills with XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Process hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and confidential records.
• Support benefits administration, leave management, payroll activities, and HR inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decisions.
• Assist with HR projects, audits, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain HR documentation and resources.
• Partner with HR team, managers, and employees to provide responsive HR support.
