Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. in Houston, TX, is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations in a high‑volume environment. You will process employee transactions, maintain accurate data, and coordinate across Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to ensure timely, compliant processing.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, process improvement, and effective communication as the company scales further. HR data accuracy and timely documentation are critical to success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, operations, payroll, benefits, or high‑volume transactional env.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high‑volume employee transactions across the employee lifecycle.
• Enter, audit, and maintain employee information in HR systems and trackers.
• Coordinate HR workflows across stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
• Support onboarding and pre‑employment processes (background checks, screenings).
• Review documents for completeness and resolve issues before processing.
• Maintain organized employee files and HR documentation.
