Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR data analytics, HRIS, or HR operations.
• Hands-on Workday (HCM, reporting, data administration) and ADP experience.
• Experience with data integrations between HR systems and payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support data entry into Workday and ADP as needed, including job data changes and organizational updates.
• Maintain data integrity across systems by validating entries and resolving discrepancies.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure consistent data and support audits.
• Serve as a data resource for integrations between Workday, ADP, and related HR/payroll systems.
• Support Workday-to-Workday tenant merge activities focusing on data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
