Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator in HR who processes and reviews complex HR transactions in the Talent Enablement Center with limited supervision. You will provide coaching to less experienced team members and help drive process improvements.

You will respond to internal and external customer needs, analyze activity, escalate discrepancies, and collaborate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams to resolve issues and run reports.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs and resolves issues that impact service delivery.

Aufgaben

• Process and/or review complex HR transactions with limited supervision.
• Escalate questions and discrepancies and propose solutions to leadership.
• Coordinate with EY Recruiting or Talent Team on processing issues.
• Prepare and run reporting as directed.
• Meet production volume and quality standards as outlined by department management.
• Assist with special projects.
