Job summary

Suncoast Post Tension, Ltd. in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and HRIS processes. The role partners with HR Business Partners to guide employees and maintain accurate records.

You will manage onboarding and offboarding, assist with training initiatives, audit HRIS data, and process payroll changes in GW and ADP, while contributing to reporting and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2 years of office experience or GED/high school with 4 years experience.
• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong organization, communication, customer service and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and HRIS/ATS proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the day-to-day HR operations of the BU in partnership with the HRBP.
• First point of contact for employees regarding HR administration for system and process inquiries.
• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee files and HRIS data.
• Enter and check payroll changes in GW and ADP.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees and coordinate training.
• Prepare offer letters and documentation for employee changes and terminations.
• Support coordination of newsletters and mentorship program nominees.
