Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience or administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, promotions under Finance Lead.
• Maintain ATS/HRIS systems and records.
• Maintain up-to-date company documents and SOPs.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries.
• Serve as branch contact for time, payroll, and reporting questions.
• Train new employees on Gusto usage.
• Maintain data for unemployment, workers’ comp, OSHA reporting.
• Provide guidance on workplace policies and leave compliance.
