Job summary

Legend Biotech in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking an HR Operations Contractor to manage the HR mailbox and provide timely, professional support to employees and internal stakeholders. This role also maintains HR documentation, supports onboarding and offboarding, and backs up the HR Operations Specialist as needed.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least one year of HR experience; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries via the HR mailbox with accurate guidance on HR processes and policies.
• Support HR systems and SharePoint administration, ensuring data accuracy and good user experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation per standards and regulations.
• Back up the HR Operations Specialist during absences or peak periods and assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Participate in reviewing and improving HR processes while complying with laws and internal policies.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
