Legend Biotech is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Data Governance & Change Control to join the HR Operations team in Bridgewater, NJ. You will own data governance, HR reporting, and Workday change control to support compliant, accurate people data across the organization.

The role requires deep Workday HCM experience, strong data analytics, and collaboration with Payroll, Benefits, and IT to drive data quality and governance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS, HR, IS, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR data roles.
• Experience maintaining HR data integrity and governance standards.
• Experience delivering HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Experience administering HR governance, change control, testing, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and employee data management.
• Hands-on Workday HCM experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across Workday and systems.
• Conduct audits, validations, and reconciliations to maintain data quality.
• Develop and enforce HR data governance standards and rules.
• Support HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
• Coordinate change control processes and UAT activities.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure data consistency.
