Legend Biotech is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Data Governance & Change Control based in Bridgewater, NJ, to ensure data accuracy and secure HR data usage across systems. You will drive governance, audits, and reporting, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and IT to enable data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes Workday change control, data quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HRIS/HR data management, reporting, or analytics experience.
• Experience maintaining HR data integrity, data governance standards, controls.
• Strong HR reporting and analytics with dashboards to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across Workday and HR systems.
• Conduct regular audits, validations, and data reconciliations.
• Develop and enforce HR data governance standards and validation rules.
• Coordinate testing, change documentation, and approvals for data changes.
• Support HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Finance and IT to ensure data consistency.
