Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's preferred.
• Three years' experience in school administration or human resources with staffing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of district and public school HR policies, procedures, systems and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer employee support services including experience verification and substitute staffing operations.
• Direct fingerprinting and background screening to ensure compliance with laws and district requirements.
• Oversee volunteer screening and serve as the liaison with district vendors.
• Design and supervise employee records maintenance, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility.
• Provide leadership and process improvements to support service delivery and objectives.
