Responsibilities

• Inputs data to create and process purchase orders in the procurement system.
• Solicits, tabulates, and evaluates bids; prepares bid packages.
• Reviews requisitions and assigns to appropriate staff.
• Supervises and trains staff; conducts performance appraisals.
• Advices on sourcing and procurement strategies for materials and equipment.
• Leads bid openings and prepares award recommendations.
• Acts as SAP Super User liaison; supports system testing and training.
