Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to support the Duval County custodial services account for educational facilities in Jacksonville, FL. The role oversees on-site zone managers and a large team, with focus on delivering high-quality custodial, grounds, and event management services.

You will coordinate with customers, lead training and development, and ensure financial performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Progressive operations management experience in the custodial contracting industry.
• Multi-sites and multi-states facilities and custodial management experience.
• Experience in a higher education setting preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for HES's values and ensure programs meet corporate mission and goals.
• Coordinate key personnel and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate high energy, mobility, initiative, and drive to improve operations and financial performance.
• Lead training, development, and motivation of team members.
