Confluence Health in Washington state is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR Operations and Benefits, overseeing HR administration, HRIS, leave management, and employee records for a dynamic healthcare organization.

You will partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and leadership to align HR programs with business goals, develop policies, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and employee service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6 years of relevant experience and 2 years in leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee daily HR administration, benefits, HRIS, leave administration and employee records.
• Establish and maintain HR procedures, internal controls, and service delivery.
• Supervise and develop HR Operations and Benefits staff through coaching and performance management.
• Analyze HR and benefits metrics, generate reports and dashboards, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Director/HR Leadership to set goals and meet budget/hiring targets.
• Manage vendor performance, invoices, audits and SLAs to ensure quality and fiscal responsibility.
• Contribute as an HR leader on cross-functional workgroups and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and administer employee benefit programs and HR policies.
