Job summary

Fresh Express Salads is seeking an HR Clerk to handle daily HR tasks, support the HR team, and serve as the first point of contact for employee questions in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include processing attendance, onboarding file management, data entry in Workday, and basic clerical duties. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required, with payroll and HRIS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience with payroll processing preferred.
• Experience in HR or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact between employees and Human Resources.
• Administer attendance point system and record keeping.
• Back-up to answer Payroll questions and assist with HRIS data entry (Workday).
• Maintain HR filing system and log HR requests.
• Prepare and translate memos and postings; manage office supplies.
